Twin Loop can assist you with high-volume collation, efficiently assembling the correct sequence in which the pages are arranged. This is a time-saving opportunity if you need help compiling multiple sheets to create a set.

Collating is commonly performed in preparation for document binding projects. If you need help deciding on the best finishing style for your collated material, we can guide you through the many options we have available.

Benefits

Twin Loop can collate your sheets as a stand-alone project. We can continue binding collated sheets into a finished document style of your choices, such as books, calendars, booklets, catalogues, magazines, and other multi-page documents.

The most common binding types selected for collated sheets are Perfect Binding, Wire Binding, Wall Calendars, Spiral Binding, Comb Binding and Saddle or Loop Stitching.

Deliver your printed sheets to us - along with a sample - and we will collate, bind, and deliver a quality finished document to you.

Specifications

Twin Loop can collate sheet sizes A5 minimum to A3 maximum. The minimum thickness of the sheets is 80gsm up to a maximum thickness of 250gsm.

Please let us know if your document includes Tabs, PVC pockets or stock heavier than 250gsm, as hand collating will be required.

Turnaround & Delivery

Collation can be completed quickly. It is important to deliver the printed material uncollated to Twin Loop. If you need your delivery in a hurry, reach out to Twin Loop today, and we will find a solution to meet your deadline.

Please remember we cannot start the collation process without a sample.
