Drilling

Paper drilling is drilling one or more round holes into paper or other materials using a rotating bit. Unlike hole punching, where only one or a few sheets can be processed at a time, many sheets can be treated simultaneously with a paper drilling machine.

Materials that can be drilled into include various stock types (offset paper, bond paper, glossy paper, coated paper), plastic films, cardboard, and foils. Occasionally drilled holes are used for decorative purposes.

Benefits

Drilling is a fast, economical, and accurate option ensuring a neat and professional finish. Single holes are useful to hang calendars, while multiple holes are useful in allowing catalogues, manuals, and brochures to be placed inside a ring binder folder.

Specifications

The maximum number of holes that we can drill at one time is 4 holes, and the maximum total thickness per operation is 60mm with a diameter of 6.5mm.
